AZO Dispensary

The Arizona Organix Dispensary project was a significant upgrade for the business, which was originally founded in 2012 as the first dispensary in Arizona located at 5301 W Glendale Ave, Glendale AZ.
The existing business had outgrown the original location, and with the soon to be passed recreational cannabis bill in the works, the decision was made to purchase the adjoining property and place the new dispensary project into a 2 phase construction program so as to not disturb trading of the initial dispensary during construction. Phase 01 incorporated the new dispensary build, and Phase 02 the remodel of the original location into managerial offices and meeting rooms for the business.
The Phase 01 AZO Dispensary design aimed to significantly boost existing sales with an increase in size of check in area, express order pickup, and dispensary floor area. There is also significant upgrade to the overall aesthetic of the dispensary as well as allowing a higher turnover of sales due to the provision of 26 service counters and 4 express checkout counters for customer service.
In addition to the dispensary upgrade, there is a provision for new offices, and storerooms to be included within the same building, and an access-way “arcade” running from the car-park to the street front to allow safe access for customers to get to the front entrance of the dispensary.
